Driver Xenon Bulb Out, Bulb Ok, Ignitor Ok, Balast Ok...no Dash Warning.. Any ideas?

Just picked up my car from the shop, driver xenon bulb is out. The shop did work on the passenger side of the car and replaced the bumper, so I don't think they even touched the driver side headlight.
The high beam halogen and angel eye works on it, but hid bulb doesn't. The crazy part is there is no warning on the dash.

So I went and took out the headlight, tested it with another car it works.
Which means there is power to everything from my car except the low beam xenon lamp.

What would be the next thing for me to check? Please help.

I unplugged the lcm, plugged it back in.. lights worked, drove around for a block then parked the car came back, lights didn't work again.

So I unplugged the LCM again plugged it in and they work now. Left the car will check later to see if they work or not.

Is that a sign of the LCM going bad or what?

I had same symptoms. I found water damage in the headlight control module (next to ballast on the bottom of the headlight). Headlight works if I disable AHL in LCM programming.

I did not succeeded finding all the damage from this water and end up driving with AHL disabled. I get the following errors reported

AHL -> Shadow-memory:
39/6C - Telegram Speed invalid
3A/2F - Telegram yaw rate invalid
3B/25 - Telegram steering angle invalid
3D/27 - Telegram Terminal status, timeout or invalid
3F/62 - ALC reports an error at LSZ

So once I started the car the light didn't work again.
I ended up unplugging the battery and letting it sit for a while, and then the light started working.
It was working all last night. Haven't checked this morning.
