Rear Hatch Broken - Danger
 

My rear hatch broke today. I press the button on the key to open the rear lid and it opens slightly and then closes back shut. I tried to stick my hand between the rear lid and bottom section while it was closing and you can imagine what a bad deal that was. I have warranty but if anyone has any ideas?
