Still problems with security code
 

Hi friends:

I am still having problems with the Code Menu in the OnBoard Monitor.
I can not enable the Code Functionality.
Someone in this Forum told me that it is neccesary to have the key in the On position with the engine off, I already try this hundred of times but the Menu Code is still disable.

Are you sure that I am not missing something else. ???

I have a 2006 X5 4.8is. Probably I will need to go to the dealer, any help will be appreciated.

Yes the engine does have to be off, and your key either in the accessory position, or ignition position. :)
