Xenon D2S Replaced, still nothing. Dynamic doesn't even turn with wheel

So I had the bulb on the passenger side replaced today and it doesn't turn on. The old bulb was fried for sure. Everything else is working...halo...parking...

Still under CPO, other than the bulb will they cover LCM? Can this be LCM or something else.

Is it normal that the fog turns on itself when "Check Low Beam..." message on OBC?

Could be the ballast since u already changed the light. Try taking the battery terminal off for a minute

Sorry...but I'm a real noob at this, but will be willing to try it.

So r u referring to the terminal from the actual battery or the sockets to the headlight assembly? The one under the spare tire?

Actual battery terminal. Only need to pull the negative.

just did it, left it out for about 5 min. Still nothing.

The light has been out for a week now, and just yesterday I noticed that when i had a friend start the car to back out, the light actually flickered a little before it would subside again. I finally had it replaced today. I still have CPO, wonder if they'll cover problems with modules. The bulb was black, so that's how i assumed it was complete out.

Finally got the bumper off, which actually was not that much work. (~30min-1hr for a novice like me). I had the washers so I couldn't just take the headlight out easily w/o the bumper off.

I finally found my problem, it was the igniter. The plug for the ignitor was completely off the module! I don't know how it managed to come off all the way because it had a pretty tight fit to get it back.

So the lights finally turn on, but I've lost my adaptive steering. I hope CPO will cover this problem.

goodness.......got a break and now, the left side is out with same situation. I didn't even switch anything....

After dinner, i unscewed everything to do a test.

Switched:

Bulbs (Nothing)
Ignitor (Nothing)
Two other modules on the bottom of the HL (Nothing)
Switched the entire assembly (Nothing)

It appears that the problem is not coming from the HL assembly but a problem tracing from something else.

I would appreciate any input. Thanks everyone!
