Looking good! I don't believe I have seen a Steel Gray with the aero kit. It looks good. The 4.8 wheels are very nice too. More photos when the sun is out!

OT: I flew into YYZ several times a year for 25 yrs; we had an operation in Brampton, serving CDA, that came under my esteemed tutelage. :D

As for 'where', I suspect flashbacks from Owlsey's acid: I met him once at a 'party' in Ann Arbor, '67 or so. He just went off to Valhalla. Just kidding...about blaming flashbacks.

i was briefly fooled yesterday with a 530 with what I thought was a BBK, however it was just the caliper covers that replicate the real thing. apparently people just glue them on their stock calipers. what are yours, im skeptical.

Just curious...was the performance of the stock brakes not adequate enough or did you go with the bbk for looks?

I actually bought my X5 a month ago. The previous owner had spent a
lot of money in this truck. So, I would'nt know how the stopping power
was as stock, I just know how it's now & I'm really happy with the performance. My E55 AMG has big brakes too, but the X5's are incredible.
Atleast that's one thing I don't have to worry about, but I do have some other issues (secondary pump, coolant leak) that I'm concerned about!:yikes:

If you've been fooled and are skeptical about the OP's brakes, then you haven't worked on brembos or owned cars with brembos. Those brakes on the OP's car are the real thing.
