Door locks doing nuts...Actuator?

Ok, so a few days ago the front passenger door would not lock/unlock with the FOB or the central locking..sometimes it would after multiply tries. Then a few days later the driver side door started doing the same thing. The PINs would not go fully down or up sometimes.
The doors however would lock/unlock normal with the key (manual) in the door.
I have searched around and solutions seems to vary from needing lube to replacing actuator. My only concern is that they both starting acting up a couple days a part...although my window regulators both went in a week or two of each other.

Any thoughts....also is there an DYI on the Actuator replacement?

Thanks

Yes, I also need DIY, if possible with pics of Actuator. My back pass side door doesn't lock/unlock from Central locking, however Key only locks it.
