Northern California
Hello guys,
anyone willing to help me out? I live in Fremont, California. I have a leaking bmw x5 2002 4.4 v8. I replaced the water pump and it still has leak same place, so I'm assuming the water pump was still good. Anyone can give a second look? |
This is the indie I use. They do excellent work. San Leandro Auto BMW Service - San Leandro, CA

the car isn't drivable now because of the leak. I prefer someone local to check it out. :) thanks though

Check your expansion tank
|
Expansion tank is good, no leaks from there.
It's somewhere near the crank pulley. I guess I need to ask someone to do leak down test? |
Check hoses as well.
|
done.
I believe it's somewhere in the crank case? or is it impossible and leak it just following down there? |
You do have towing service right?
Have it towed and check out properly. |
