sunroof vinyl decal, mini cooper??

I have the panaramic sunroof in my 05. During the day, I keep the shade closed as I do not like the sun in my eyes. I was thinking of buying this perforated vinyl decal made for mini coopers to put over my sunroof so that I can leave the shade open.

I've never seen a reference to it in my years here, but it is an interesting idea. How well does it work on a Mini?
