Tranny or Clutch problem?
 

I have a 2004 3.0i and every morning on the first start I back out of my garage and then when I put the car in drive it slips, almost like a manual clutch slipping, but then it eventually goes fine and then for the rest of the day when the car is warm it doesnt happen, only on the first start after the car has sat over night.
I brought the car to a transmission guy near the house who does very good work and he could not find anything with the tranny. Can anybody think of anything??
