Do my rotors/discs need replacing ? Can you tell their condition from this pic ?

What is the pad thickness in mm?

How high is the lip (hard to tell in the photo)

How does the thickness compare to the stamped minimum thickness?

Beyond those quantitative items, they do look glazed. If I was doing pads on that vehicle, I would do rotors at the same time.
