Tension Strut Bushings
 

How difficult of a DIY project is the replacement of the bushings and what would be a reasonable price to have an indy complete the work. Any advise is welcomed.

To the folks who have taken the time to detail the DIY projects, a big thank you to all of you as they have been very helpful with several repairs that I have recently completed.

I tried it but my puller to get the other side (ball joint side) wasn't quite the right size so I took it to a suspension shop to do. I tried using a pickle fork and ended up ripping the ball joint boot so I had him replace that too. Shoulda just taken it to him in the first place.

Certainly doable if you have the right tools.

I did them on mine, I was able to cut the old bushes out with the arms still on the car, and then pressed in new Powerflex bushes with a large socket, a bit of wood and some M10 studding :)

It took ages though, getting the bushes out was quite hard.
