Passport radar detector transformer
 
HELP
If someone has a transformer for a 9v OLD PASSPORT that they no longer use I NEED ONE.
I want to use the 30 year old PASSPORT in the rear of the X5, unfortunately when I sold my last car (E39Touring) I forgot to remove the transformer...CINCINATTI MICROWAVE refuses to sell me one...
So, if you have one laying around and no longer need it PLEASE, I DO
I'll pay the postage!!!

How does that look like.
I just took off the radar detection parts that were mounted in the front of my X. there were two pieces, one is longer, was mounted behind the grill and the other one is shorter was mounted in front bumper.

It is a small black box with a wire that connects to 12v + and has a small "jack" that takes the power cord fron trhere to the back of the radar unit
