Bull bar .... Help

This is my first mod with running board and bull bar. I installed the running board OK with the instruction from this forum OK. However, I am struggeling with the process of installing the bull bar. I did everything I was supposed to do still could not install it. I wonder is there somthing wrong or missing from the package. Help me out if you know what is wrong.
1- the P/N in the catalog is 51100305701 and the one in the package is 51130305701. Are we talking about the same item with two P/N? I did get the right part though.
2- I took the front bumper off and applied the templates on as instructed. Base on my estimation there are no holes in the front chasis for me to mount the included oem bolts into. Do I suppose to drill the front chasis?
I would appreciate if you have more information to help me out. I did contact the dealer and they faxed over the instruction. The instruction did not mention this.

I have never installed the bull bar. But from conversations with others who have done it, you do have to do some drilling. Good luck.

I have a bull bar...you should only have to drill the bumper. Check in with the stealer in the am.

Sorry to take so long to reply. I have been busy at work. I did talk to the stealer and they faxed over the same instruction. I am afraid to drill the bumper before making sure there are structure in the front chasis for me to install the bull bar. I will try to take some pictures this weekend if the weather permitted and post in this forum for you guys to see and give me input. Thanks everyone
BTW, how to post pictures in this forum? I did not see attachment button
