I had my rear alignment set to minimum toe-in and mid-range camber (I think Ricky Bobby recommended those settings - Thank you RB) with my last suspension rebuild and have over 65,000 miles on the current set of Yokohama YK-580s. Of course with no stagger, I can do a full rotation which helps. And although not the barn burner you've got, I get plenty of spirited entrance ramp drives on my 31 mile commute.

2002 X5 3.0 313,700 miles
2014 428i 23,700 miles (This puppy eats up the corners!)

2004 325i 123,600 miles
2001 325i 66,000 miles

1970 Firebird - Under restoration

Glad to hear it that is a great mileage number on those tires so far!

how about kinna same wear at the front drivers side only? but not as much as my rear?
what could it be? thanks

Could be suspension issue or just out of alignment.

I have never experienced inner tire wear like the OP has shown :wow:

After a rear suspension rebuild (ball joints, integral link, arms and poly lower control arm bushings) all aftermarket, I still had camber slightly out of the max negative spec.

Enter Hardrace Camber Arms installed. I used the arm bolt to line up the new one and set the general length sizing. Adding a smudge extra length because I wanted less camber than the eccentric bolt could give me

I snipped the plastic pivot tab off the hose holder and strapped it on the new arms

While working on the passenger side arm the driver side airbag blew its top ring seal :bang head: an aftermarket part that I would have expected a little more life than less than a year.......GRRRR

Waiting on the new air bag to arrive and then back to the alignment shop.

Where did you get those arms? Most sites I've found sell the Honda parts.

I just heard that they have adjustable rear TOE arms also for the E53! :wow: I think I heard a number like $155 for those.

Enjoy.
