Key Hole Cover

Hi all,

Anyone seen RHD Key Hole Covers?

Thanks guys.

I suspect that you just need the appropriate piece from the passenger door of a LHD car. Part no. 51218257740 or 51210007435 depending if you want primed or painted.

I've never tried it though, so don't quote me on this :)

But from memory, the passenger side of a RHD E53 doesnt have a keyhole? I could be wrong? Im overseas away from the car at the moment.

And I'm retarded as that makes not a bit of sense.....

Correct.

You basically want the passenger (i.e. right) handle from a LHD car, which has no key hole, to put on the driver's (again, right) side of your RHD car.

That was "correct" to your first post, not to the retarded one...

Cheers mate :)

Dunno about prices over there, but the primed piece is pretty cheap from the dealer here in the UK. Wouldn't be a big deal to buy one and try it.

Edit - it's the same part number for the driver's side rear door. If you were desperate to try it out you could dismantle both and see if it works.
