Deactivate and empty air spring system

How the hell do you do this? I replaced my air struts, the front is still on the ground and the ass is in the air? Would resetting the whole system maybe help?

Screw it, I had the BMW dealer come over with a flat bed and bring it to their shop and fix it!

eather sensor or reset.
