firmware downgrade

I am currently on v31 (mk4) and want to eliminate accept screen. I understand i have to downgrade to v30 or earlier and they re-install v31.

Anyone know where i can dl both v30 and v31?

You actually have to downgrade further than that version, because by memory, V29 up are the same or wont work.

I am sure I read to downgrade to V23 (or v21) then back again.

I tried it (a while ago), but it didnt work.
