Broken passenger side map pocket

The map pocket on back of my passenger side broke a few weeks back. It's driving me nuts because the pockets droops instead of being nice and tight. Seems the elastic connects to a plastic clip that snapped. Anyone know of a easy DIY fix? Problem seems common but I haven't found any solutions online.
