X5 4.8 phone problem
 

My car came equipped with a motorola phone. I put a sim card in it. Everything works I can make, receive calls, the phone book and SMS transfers to the car screen but no sound whatsoever on both sides. I can't hear anything when I answer calls. It is like it's mute help please. I live somewhere that we do not have dealerships at all
