Still getting a clunk after replacement of bushings

So after quite a bit of research, I've replaced the front control arms with bushings, and the thrust arm bushings. But I am still getting a clunk from the front wheels. It usually happens when I apply the brakes for the time after the car has been parked for a short while. Do you think it is the drop links?

Also, if I am hearing a clunk from the back, which bushings should I look into replacing first?

thanks in advance.

Mine had the same issue and ended up being the axles.

May I ask if you replaced the axles and what did it cost? Just wondering if it is the right time to upgrade to a newer X5.

They quoted me about 200 per axle and 255 for labor. May be a little more but they are giving me a price break because they are also working on my bmw m5

Can you elaborate? not sure when you say axle, does it mean bearing or linkage slop? Thanks.

well mine was doing the same thing, and it ended up being the two front rotors went bad.
Once I replaced them, and get on the road for a ride, the problem was disappeared...
no more shimmy when brake applied.
