Rear Fixed Window Rubber Gasket/Buffer
 

I am trying to replace the rear fixed window rubber gasket/buffer on my 2002 3.0i and would like to know if anyone has done this repair on their own. I am referring to #26 on the picture below. I have found the part only at bavauto (i am not a promoter) for $84.94, which is considerably lower than everywhere else (including the stealership which only sells the rear fixed window w/ black gasket for $309 per side).

I would appreciate any help finding a better distributor (price) and possibly some advice on how to remove the current cracked rubber gasket.
