X5 code p1354 and p0443
 

Hey guys, need some help here please, 03 x5 4.6, I had a code p0443 at first, I replaced that evaporative purge control valve which cleared the light for a few days. Now I'm getting these two codes- p0443 and p1354. I know p1354 says cyl 7 misfire during start. My question is are these two codes related? And how can I fix that p1354 code? The valve is brand new so I don't think it's bad. Thanks for your'll help.

The 443 code is a worthless nuisance code IMHO, I get one on my 4.6is about once a week and just clear it out. The X5 is notorious for setting off the SES light for the simplest of things that really don't affect the drivability of the vehicle.
