is the xenon ballast or the light bulb going wrong?
 

my light is OEM xenon, and getting blink and dim at some time, or back to bright or back to dim for a time alternatively. Do you know what is wrong for the xenon ballast or the light bulb., and need to replace it ?

Start with a bulb as it is the cheapest part. If you feel up to it you could try swapping bulb/ballast from side to side and see if the problems follows. Do each item separately.

From my experience you have most likely had a bulb fail as Zulu95 suggested. Swap the bulbs to check if one has gone bad.
