Electrical faults since battery went flat
 

Hi,we recently had an 2003 3.0d x5 in for mot work,cv boot & rear pads,whilst in the battery went flat.Since then its got an array of electrical faults ie the sat nav screen has gone blank even tho the eject button still tilts the screen,the dashboard tell tales for the indicators & mainbeam don't work even tho they do externally,reverse lights dont work,indicators dont flash when you lock,unlock car with remote & the fuel low warning light is on constantly.any inputs or views would grateful

hi,just to let you all know the car is now fixed simple when you know how:rofl::rofl:.All i did was disconnect the battery and fully charge it even tho it was still starting the car,apparently disconnecting the battery resets all the electronics and bingo all back working as it should
