need help on rear wheel hub
 

somehow when my wife was driving she lost 3 lug nuts? after i inspection car it was sitting on 2 bolts..now place where bolts go is really messed up new bolts wont go in there the thread inside is stripped is there a way to fix the thread inside the wheel hub or it needs to be replaced.
