Anybody know how to adjust steering effort?

I'm looking for a way to adjust the steering effort to make it less effort anybody know any tricks drilling restrictors adjusting servos changing the rack, anything?

There's nothing wrong with it I just hate the feel of the steering on this 4.8is. Compared to my Audi it's like driving a tractor and when I drive them back to back it makes me want to leave this thong on the corner with a take it sign on it. Lol

Have you changed the power steering fluid. I did at 142K miles and noticed some improvement. Suck it out with a hand pump, fill and drive suck it out again and fill, you should be good to go.

MINE FEELS BAD TOO COMPARE TO OTHER CARS...I TRIED FLUSHING THE FLUIDS..MAYBE ITS A DESIGN

It is design, I don't like it. I guess options are getting thinner ps fluid, increasing line pressure, or I'm not sure if the servotronic crap can be adjusted...

Mine is also quite heavy even compared to my other BMWs but it also has heavy 20" wheels. I've adjusted to it now but it is a little tuff turning with one hand. Guess I need to hit the GYM so I can drive :bustingup

The 4.8is steering is light. How could you think it's heavy? Go drive a 3.0 then tell me what you think
