Need help: 19" OEM RIMS fitting Michelin Tyres.

Can the front rims fit Michelin Diamaris 285/45 R 19V tyres same as the rear? I beleive the front rims is slightly narrower than the rear rims. If so, will there be any problem with steering and clearance between tyre and shock absorber? Thanks.
