O2 sensor replacement cycle

anybody have recommendations on replacement cycle for the O2 sensors? My 9 year old X5 3.0 has 140k on it and runs fine.

I am wondering if I should do preventive replacement or wait until my engine shows signs of needing one.

If they haven't thrown a code and you don't have any symptoms, I'd leave them in.

But if you want to replace them now, they're cheap -- $107 on Amazon for the two pre-cat sensors including tool. Search my posts for a link.
