Diesel problems, filter or in-line pump?
 

My bimmer was sluggish in power and now it will not start.

The battery is OK and I have not replaced the filter, but today I disconnected the hoses to the filter. when I trying to start the car no diesel from the pump coming out of the hose. Can it be the pump or some sensors. or does the hose need to have some "pressure" back and be connected!?
