looking at trading in my E53 for a 08 X5 4.8
 

Just your thoughts on newer design and quality. Just not sure if i should take the plunge or wait a little longer. its a much bigger car than the E53. Ride was nice. Is it a vehicle to keep when its out of warranty. Thanks for any input

what model do u have and what year?

Much bigger? Certainly doesn't seem so.

i have a 2000 X5 4.4 just turned 150,000 last night. Very well taken care of. Just replaced lower control bushings last week. had the trans rebuilt three years ago.
