trans problem
 

hey everyone.. on my 01 4.4i lately the trans will go only to 2nd or if i push hard then put in m and shift to 3rd... i saw on a bunch of post that the abs light and/or traction control light will come on.. I'm getting no lights at all come up..what i do is turn the car off wait 5-10 min and then everything is fine..sometimes for days or sometimes for hours...any ideas? thanks
