transmission hunting

Hello everyone. I think I have a transmission problem. While driving about 30mph my transmission seems to be changing gears and the rpm changes about 200-300 rmp. I don't have any problems changing into drive or reverse and I have not had any error codes. Any idea what is happening? Thanks for reading my question.

It is the 4.4 motor.
