Just so we are on the same page here; At 60mph, the X shakes. Do you feel the shaking through the steering wheel? Also when you hit the brakes, does the X shake? Put the front end on a lift, grab a wheel at the 9 and 3 o'clock position and try to move the wheel. If you have shaking or movement, reach the suspension. When you say front bushing, what do you mean? The parts I would check would be the Tension Strut, Wishbone, Tie Rods, and Sway endlinks.

The vibrating doesn't sound like a brake system problem, but a suspension problem.

Ok, how many miles on your X. Are the wheels stock or are there aftermarket wheels on them? When you say "suspension is all good", tell me a little more about that. How do you know it is all good? There has got to be something in the front suspension that is not right. You said you had the tires balanced 3 times, so I am guessing if the first time was wrong, the other 2 had to be right.

check torque converter!!!! my shaking was from a bad TQ and i spent a lot of money replacing suspension etc
