need new lightbulb for ibrights,, advice
 

my bulbs about to go out, whats the best bulb to replace the current one i have? i bought the ibright upgrade for like 2-250 last year to throw on my 06 4.8is. any suggestions for the brightest white ring on my angels?

Give me cpl more weeks once i complete my own real HID kit...I'll do the write up and show you guys how to install the HID bulbs into AE rings.

HID kits are a bad idea. We've sold them for many years now, done at least 50 cars. They all report similar things - the fiber optics burn over time and the HID is prone to constant component failures. If you love the initial look of an HID kit and only have events to go to, then get one.

The brightest right now on the market is the ICE LITE H8, but it's not going to match the Orion V2 or the HID kits. But as far as damaging your headlights, it won't do that either and it won't require cutting your headlights open on an 08 either, though it would look awesome if you did.
