Jobs to do while the front end is off?

After a very light front end bump on my 2002 4.4, I am removing and replacing the front end this weekend, including the whole front panel.

So while its all off are there any jobs people can think off I should do while I have easy access.

I am planning on doing the AUX Belt while I am there.

Is there anything else?

short answer, with no mileage posted, is anything you feel comfortable replacing that is within 10k mi of end-of-life. Long answer, everything suspension that you can afford, presuming the mileage warrants it, and all fail-prone parts for the peace-of-mind.

Mostly depends on how far you are going and how bad the tear-down is for you personally, though I gather you are trying to order parts prior to the work..

Also depends on whether you plan to keep it 'til the doors fall off, which is obviously my start point of view.

^ Agree.

Depending on mileage, maybe a prophylactic replacement of the water pump and coolant tank.

LOL. Yeah I guess a little more info would have been good idea :)

The car has done 86k. I am purely talking access to the front of the engine. I have already done rocker cover gaskets, pcv hoses etc, all the suspension components.

Water pump is probably not a bad idea.
