Major door problem
 

I need some help. I have a 2001 x5 3.0. Last week the outside handle and inside handle stopped working on driver side door. In other words, i can't in or out through that door! I've torn the inside door card off the door as far as i can tried to move the switches on the door mechanism and still nothing. Any ideas? I showed the car to several mechanic friends and no can think of how to open the door.
