From fading memory, I don't think those red tailgate 'lights' are really lights vs reflectors.
I will waddle down to the garage and take a look.

1. Probably transfer case actuator. Not sure if you have that on non-xdrive.

The cluster was tampered with, or it's not the original cluster. See the red dot by the trip meter.
Did you verify the actual mileage? There is a discrepancy between the computer and the cluster display.

I dont think it was tampered with, I have the carfax. and all the service records. My guess is maybe the light is supposed to be there, because as you see I have not fully started the car yet at that time.

OR a Navi that would replace the 6CD in the E53-
Or other aftermarket parts for the 3.0 E53
