e53 4.4i 060 fault 3c transmission control
 

hi! i have a 4.4i with the 5hp24. the tranny slips every morning and goes into trans failsafe. I have to turn the car on and off for around 3 times before it runs proprerly. I had it hooked on the GT1 and the error comes as 060 transmision control 3c. sometimes after continuous trans failsafe messages, the check engine light illuminates. I have been searching the net and i cannot narrow it down to what particular part is wrong. Please help.
