btw what brand did you buy?, I assume DEPO. Asking because It seems i have same as you have. Unfortunately with issues. I had issue with LED on one tail light, replaced under warranty. And actually few days ago ( warranty has expired two days before) I have found problem with polycarbonate front cover of one headlight, seem like UV protection is gone and plastic degradation killing cover. I dont know how long you have installed yours but I would check it out every day so you can complain it if necessary.

i noticed in the before picture, you didn't have any exhaust tips sticking out the back and had covers, where were the exhaust tips located before?

Diesel X5's don't come with the exhausts showing, they are tucked under.

Looks great! Also very original ideas! I like the steering wheel center-line, is that just tape?

Look good. I am heading in the same direction. Waiting for the decorative skidplate. Running board is already on my wish list.
