i am trying to purchase a e53 4.8is from salt lake city utah. and i would like anybody's assistance on who can provide a pre purchase inspection.
i will be relying on what the inspection will say as i wont be able to test drive the car as i am on juneau alaska.
i would greatly appreciate your help.

Any bmw dealer can do it.

Ask the seller to bring it to the closest BMW dealer, call the dealer requesting a prepurchase inspection and make sure to understand what they exactly inspect. It cost around $160. Best of luck!
