Please help diagnosing A/C problem
 

Hello everyone
When I bought my X5 the A/C wasn't blowing any air. I replaced the blower motor and it is blowing warm air now.
I got the low and high pressure readings and it seems that my air compressor clutch is not engaging.
Is this an indication of low refrigerant in the system or an electrical problem?

AC was recharged, works like new again!
