That's great Term! I will def save a spot for you. No measurements required!!! lol. I plan on leaving with the convoy so I will have the X packed and ready.

I didn't go shopping yet with the CEO yet so we didn't get any food. But here is what I know I am bringing.

Cooler:
Miller Light (Bottles)
Grill
Charcoal
Fluid
Contractor Bags (For Garbage)

I Have ice bricks, so I don't need to grab ice on the way.

In any case, this is what I think we should do, if everyone agrees. Some of the people going mentioned they were bringing food. I've seen at least 5 people mention bringing burgers and dogs. Maybe it is too much? Maybe one person should be in charge of burgers, another one dogs, another one buns??? Or... Everyone just brings their own stuff and fend for themselves??? We do have 2 grills and colas will last for hours. So if everyone wants to bring their own food, we can share the grill. This way no one has to worry about paying anyone and if anyone wants to share then they are free to do so.

The beer I don't mind sharing tho.

What does everyone think?
