Driver side door cannot be opened from outside, need help!

Hi all! I need help here on my driver side door. The symptom is my driver side door cannot be opened from outside, the handle just pops out and stays at 'pull out' position. However, the central locking and the inner door handle work without any problem, I can open the driver side door from inside only now. What should I do to solve this problem?

The problem is the carrier, I followed the instruction posted in this forum and got it fixed by myself. This forum is absolutely awsome! Thanks guys!
