HELP! Instrument Cluster Ribbon Repair Half way finished

So I've gotten half the way through the repair to replacing the ribbon cable for the common pixel outage problem. I can't see how to pull the indicator arms off to remove the plastic casing(part that has the mps and rpms) to get to the other part of the ribbon cable.

Anyone help?

dont you have to drill like 10 tiny holes to get to the screws holding it together or something?

Yes,that's correct.
The only way to split the case is by drilling 4 holes in precise position.
Here you go:
PIXEL FIX DIY write up, about a 2 hour job and some patience (Long pic warning)

I did the part that you pop out the two clips on the bottom of the display, but there is still something holding on the top side of the display.

I haven't seen the clips by the electrical connectors, I'll check those out, that could be what I'm missing.
