Has anyone seen this thread on BF

I don't see why not. It looks like with some modification to the pitman arm puller, just get a 3 leg gear puller and pull away.
Given the diameter of our subframe mounts though, the pitman arm puller would really need to be ground down to extend the internal size. May not have enough material to do it. Now if this does work, that would work great getting it out, but what about getting it in? If you can't fit the shoulder just right and it goes in crooked and someone jams it in, then it is a nightmare. |

Ah ok, I didn't go that far to the 3rd page. No that is nice. If that is the case and to make the bridge, then I don't see why it wouldn't work. If bar stock can be fabricated and welded, then it should be cake.

I'm actually itching to replace mine with powerflex. Curious what it will do to an already great handling truck.
