Last day to register online is September 4th, I think... What happens if you don't register online, will they allow you on the grounds? Also, how about tailgate party? Last one was a BLAST!!!! can we do it again?

I'm thinking Dennis probably won't be making this one either. I don't know that for sure but it sounded like he has way too much going on right now.

Even if it was in NYC he might not be able to make it. Hopefully he'll chime in soon. It would be nice if he could make it and get some free time. :)

Bad news - no grills allowed. Reply I received from Mpact:

"You can tailgate but we do not allow grills due to safety reasons and the possibility of damaging someone Else's car. You can bring food and drink to the event if you like or you will have multiple food vendor options to choose from. (not stadium food, Great Food)

You can pay at the gate (recommend to have cash ready to make it as quick as possible) and the costs are the same. No need to pre register.

Hope to see you there! Thank you for your support"

Not sure what other options we have as far as for warm food. I guess we can bring cold cuts and such.

Damn, I want to go to this but Kristen wants to go to Ohio that weekend...

When I was driving up the AC expressway last year, these guys in an M3 are checking out my e46. We give each other the righteous nod then they hand me a flyer which I grab from them at 80 MPH. It was for last year's event. There licence plate? ///MPACT

C'mon Rob, tell Kristen that Ohio will still be there even on the following weekend... but the meet will come and go, and the next one is next year... lol...

Her job at the BMW dealership sucks. She only gets two Saturdays off in September and she works 13+ hours a day so I let her do what she wants with her time off...
Maybe she'll change her mind when she see's everyone going...looks like this could be as big or bigger than Bimmerfest East... I naver made it to ///MPACT last year...

can she make it a "business trip"? and then write-off the expenses??? after all, it is all BMW related!!!

She tried that for Bimmerfest. She really had some great idea's and was willing to do the work too.
The service managers responce was" what a great idea"...............(insert sound of crickets)

The service manager is an idiot and a wimp... and they still don't have a GM since the last guy quit a month ago...

well i might be in if i can get my baby fixed. opened the pano roof and then i heard a pop:yikes:. then it will not close properly. did some searching and found that the "plastic slides" on left side broke, and that the rear section "sliding arm" was coroded and seased up. for now i got it closed i hope.:(

Damn I'm out guys. I couldn't call it till well yesterday.

So we bought another investment property about 6 months ago. Father in law and I. So I find out 3 weeks ago that he rented out the whole building. All of a sudden, we are scrambling to finish renovations, and still have a shit ton of odds and ends to finish, not including and entire basement (living) and first floor. People moved in on 09/01. We have managed to strike a deal till the end of the month for them not to use the basement, but they are moving shit in. I have been so busy, it is not even funny. Worked all labor day weekend, and every weekend and weeknight after that. We have day jobs, and the 2 guys we staff, also have day jobs. Yea, so this weekend, I am definitely still in construction mode. Hopefully we can wrap it up this weekend, but not sure.

Well at least this construction is keeping me out of family drama. So that is a plus.

Can't wait to start getting my little $700 monthly bonus from this. Hell yea. Too bad it will take 5 years to recoup my $40k reno investment. lol.
