I mean i have EBC red stuff pads and brembo rotors on my 4.4, still makes that sound, my 4.8 makes it as well and thats OE stuff all around. It's alot of weight to stop. I don't know if changing to different pads with a different material will help you. I had ceramics on my 4.4 for a while and it still made that noise.

Yea there is nothing you can do really. But it is at that limit where it goes and or stops, so I don't see you making that happen all the time. I would not chase this one any further. This is normal.

Different brake pads and "seat" them properly by doing a bunch of hard stops right after the install.

When was the last time you did your brakes? I learned a hard lesson about the proper amount (not enough) of lube/grease to put on the back of the pads once...sounded an awful lot like what you're hearing. The lube between the caliper housing and the pad eliminates the vibration/noise.
