i would say get the one with 3 dots i dont like 2 dots imo i think it looks ugly and i have seen it done on e53 it looks good on e70 im talking about 2 dots 3 dots looks way better

They look like the factory RB kit to me. The factory ones only have two rows of dots. I would call them and confirm.

I have not seen non-factory RB kits that look this close to the real deal. I think those are the real deal.

THose are OEM not the real OE..Go with OE or go home.

Not OE. Don't bother with that. Won't line up. I'll give you a contact. I got OE for about that price, from a dealer in NJ. Or search here for my post about calling Craig at Bloomfield BMW. And then you can search for my installation DIY.

SlickGT1, can you plz pm the contact and the price that you got it for. Shipping might kill the deal though.
I have a pdf file of install instruction from BMW :D

Guys, they list: Manufacturer Part Number: 51 71 0 017 315

I would like to know how you can tell its not the factory RBs. Maybe they are not factory but I would like to know for future reference how to tell the difference.

I just checked my emails, and I paid $625 for it. He quoted me $695 shipped. Which makes sense, because that box is the size of a fridge.

Twins, my reason for them not being OE.
1. When we were all looking for OE boards, no one could beat Craigs pricing.
2. The auction does not state OE original BMW anywhere. This is because ebay will take missleading sales off. So they can't state OE when it is fake.
3. Not a dealer. Look at his reviews. Tons of negative, and everything he sells is aftermarket. He sells for all types of brands of cars.
4. Look at the negatives. All the stuff is not OE, all of it is of shitty quality.
5. Listing the part number, does not mean anything.
6. Free shipping. Means the part is worth $500ish. NO way can you buy those boards OE for $500. The price is jacked up for knock offs.

Those are legit. Not a bad price, either.

They look legit, but I highly doubt that they are. That guy does not sell legit stuff.
