There are pressure fit clips that fit into the recess, just line them up and press in.

where did you buy part number 3?! i have been hunting for one for a while now... (4months) still no luck...

@ TwinTurboGTR - thanks, did pressed/aligned it in, somehow the bottom part is loose, any tricks? (or maybe i need to adjust the "clip"..)
