Please Help! E53 3.0 NAV 2004

I have this X5 I jost got and I am trying to fix the few issues I have... I am refering now to my audio system. This is a premium pkg car and I have NAV, DSP, Assist, etc.
My entire left side does not sound almost at all even when I move Balance to left only and vol to MAX. I have very little sound comming of speakers with some grinding noise. Also keeping in the same settings, when I turn the system off I can hear a prolong echo. It sounds like from a dome.

Any help will be apreciated. :dunno:

Sounds like you are getting water on your amp. Not good. Chances are your amp is toast. It costs a ton to replace. I suggest looking for a repair place on line.

Sounds like you need to replace the amplifier

I'll try to disconect over the weekend and see if I can replace with one from a friend to test.

Anyone may know a repair person in NYC or arround?
